We are a mother and daughter partnership based in Wanaka, New Zealand. We have been running our sister brand, Mother And Daughter creating delicious premium elderflower cordial for four years. During the winter, the elder trees are completely bare with no flowers or elderberries for us to pick so we came up with a new idea… Gourmet Lollipops! So many sweets are always targeted at children, so we decided to make fun flavoured pops for the adult palette (and some for the kids so they aren’t left out). Cocktails and desserts, sesame seeds and coffee beans, we have had a lot of fun creating these incredibly yummy and beautiful lollipops.
